Return Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received—unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)
Orders cancelled before shipment are subject to a 4–8% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund
This fee reflects non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Shopify and its payment providers, including fees associated with installment or split-payment options. These fees are incurred at the time of purchase and are not recoverable once an order is processed.
Returns
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not subject to any restocking or cancellation fees.
Exchanges (Size Changes)
If you need a different harness size, we will exchange the item without requiring you to place a new order. Once your exchange request is approved and the original item is returned in eligible condition, we will ship the replacement size directly.
Size exchanges are not subject to restocking or cancellation fees.

If your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
